At Gaido Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Gaido”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return Policy

All orders placed through our website or directly are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and processed.

As many of our products are sourced, customised, configured, programmed, or procured specifically based on customer requirements, they cannot be returned after purchase.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for any products or services once an order has been placed and payment has been received.

Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, compatibility requirements, quantities, and other details before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product is received in a physically damaged condition or is found to be defective upon delivery, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at info@gaido.in along with:

• Invoice number
• Product details
• Description of the issue
• Photographs or videos clearly showing the damage or defect

Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement, repair, or warranty support as applicable under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Warranty Claims

Products sold by Gaido may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty as mentioned in the Tax Invoice.

Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by product and manufacturer. Warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Warranty service does not constitute a return or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed, processed, dispatched, or procured.

Any cancellation request received after order confirmation may be rejected at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Gaido shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of any product purchased from us.

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product purchased.
