The system requires a valet person to simply take the mobile phone number from the customer and enter it into the Gaido Valet Parking Software pre-installed on their mobile phone. Once the phone number is entered and the vehicle is marked received, we work our magic and the customer digitally receives all the necessary valet information.
Not only will you be able to provide your customer with an enhanced welcome and parting experience, but you will also be able to monitor valet activities remotely, have a count of how many customers have visited and have access to even more insightful analytics.
